When the sky becomes colorful (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone.

I try to describe everything that I see these days to make my mind more flexible. My nephew was playing a video game the other day and I found this shot of it quite fascinating. I thought a lot about what words to use to describe this scenery. Maybe words like kaleidoscope, ocean of clouds, silhouette, the sky and the ocean becoming one, etc.

How would you, as a writer, describe this?

Goodness me, she had left the curtains open again. I stared across my wife's chest, unsettled to be rising one more time at this ungodly hour. Would I lecture her to close the curtains at bedtimes? This thought on my mind I closed eyes, dreaming my important dreams until lunchtime.
