I highly recommend the Pendragon series. It is full of action and suspense, I loved it, although I'm still going to stick to LOTR and the chronicles of narnia.

Pendragon... I have no clue if you meant to do that or not, cause I just finished a two book series by Dennis Jones that is called the House of the Pendragore. If you meant that, then I highly agree with you. It is really something else.
