Anyone here ready any of his books? I cannot suggest them highly enough. They are amazing...deep, well drawn characters. Incredible storylines and believable plots, and such astounding writing.

My favorite book was "Eleven Minutes", about a girl who decides to become a prostitute. However, his most famous is "The Alchemist" about a young boy who goes on his mythic quest.

Anyone else read these books?

I have read (and discussed in another thread) "The Alchemist." I loved it; I found the simple writing style very effective for the story.

I haven't read "Eleven Minutes," but I'll look to it.
