Just finished reading this book and I loved it. I read the Night's dawn trilogy last year and I enjoyed it up until the ending (ended a little suddenly for me - felt hollow after all the build-up) but this plot has got me erect. Now I have to wait for the concluding book - Judas unchained (it's really one big story split into two parts) - and as I'm poor all I can afford to buy is the paperback (the hardback was released in October by-the-way).

Boo-Hoo...

I recomend it if you like Sci-fi, an amazing insight into an alien lifecycle occurs halfway through the book that blew me away - such vision, so bloody real too. It's a wee bit slow at the start as you get to know the massive plot and number of characters but that's a good thing with me - I love convoluted plots (might be a bit too much for some).

AND IF ANYONE REPLIES TO THIS THREAD PLEASE DON'T SPOIL THE SEQUEL FOR ME!
