My Poem, A Fall Through the Internet, To Be Published

I heard a couple of days ago that my prose poem, A Fall Through the Internet, will be published in the May issue of Better Than Starbucks. Soon as I have a link, I'll post it.

More good news on this poem. I just *now* heard that it's also been selected as Better Than Starbucks' Featured Poem for their May issue (which means I'll be paid for the poem). What an honor! I'm just downright . . . delighted.

Here's hoping for many more... I would love to read it...
She lost herself in the trees,
    among the ever-changing leaves.
She wept beneath the wild sky
as stars told stories of ancient times.
The flowers grew toward her light,
the river called her name at night.
She could not live an ordinary life,
with the mysteries of the universe
    hidden in her eyes....

love leaves a memory no one can steal....

Thank you, Firemajic. Soon as they give me the link I'll post it. (Around the first of May, that should be available.) I'd love for you to read it. Better Than Starbucks has been so good to me over the years. I think this is the third time my work's been honored as Featured Poem (or as Editor's Choice). They also nominated one of my pieces for a Pushcart Prize. Yes, they've been more than good to me.
