    It's only March
NaNoWriMo is in November. Perhaps it's better to ask about it in 6 months.

If you are unable to wait for the regular NaNoWriMo in November, there is Camp NaNoWriMo that takes place in April and July. Here is a link to it on the NaNo site... https://nanowrimo.org/what-is-camp-nanowrimo
The dreamer doesn't know me. My name doesn't slip from their tongue. Their eyes haven't stared upon my face. Yet, I'm there.

I would like to try to participate, but I still don't understand how it works.

Wait for November month to come. Register at the nanowrimo.org website and begin writing a minimum of 1600 words per day for the whole month to complete a novel of 50000 words by the end of the month.

I am thinking of attending the April Camp.
    It's my first time.
So I'm getting ready for November.
