    Doe eyed deer

    (Doh! idea!)

    “Homo same nym name. Sea?”
    “Add something?"
    "Add a homonym?”
    “Ad hominem?”
    “Off topic.”

Nam poetae est errante nullus latebras.

Oily Ruckus, your title reminds me of a poem by a old poet I knew back in 1980's

    of course
    you didn't cause it
    but you see the rage
    in her smile
    exploding out of the spaces
    between her teeth
    she points a loaded gun
    at your head
    cocks the hammer
    laughs as you twitch nervously
    sweat pouring down your face
    then eases the hammer
    back into its notch
    snaps the safety on
    you smile
    such moments
    of clear communication
    between the sexes are rare
    still you let silence
    grow distance between you
    before you start talking
    to the woman
    with the doe eyes.

Homonym equals puns, equals one of my favourite word plays. I think I went a bit sideways there

Sorry Bloggsworth, I don't have the Latin to understand and neither, it seems, does Google translate.

Hmmm ... a poet in Vietnam is wandering around with no late bras? He/she has taken off their undies... Doesn’t sound like Catullus - or does it...
