The Woven Tale Press hosts our annual literary competition, with this year's category being fiction (can include creative nonfiction). Win cash prizes, or a creative retreat in the Hamptons, NYC.

1st Prize: one-week creative retreat in the WTP retreat house in the legendary Hamptons, NYC

Originally owned by artist Elizabeth Sloan Tyler, for whom this award is named and whose ambient paintings hang throughout, this expanded 1909 Cape-style house is walking distance to NYC train, the ocean beach, and to the beautiful town of Amagansett (one bike is also supplied for gorgeous excursions over to the bay and salt water inlets!). Enjoy lazy mornings and peaceful evenings lounging and dining on the deck, or cozying up to the fireplace, cooking meals in the full kitchen, and exploring the studio and writing nooks.
