Is The Naming of Chapters Still Done?

Just as it says on the tin. Are chapters still named or is that practice ment for teen/child fiction?
This might not be my best work but that just means there's room to improve.

You set the rules in your book. I like chapter names.

Cool. I think it'll help to have some way of telling each chapter apart.

Of course they are. It's entirely up to you.

It depends on the writer and the genre, IMO. A lot of mysteries, thrillers, etc. don't have chapter titles. But I can't name a single high fantasy novel that doesn't have chapter titles. I personally like using them because it gives a taste of what might come in the chapter for readers.

I sometimes 'name' my chapters simply according to the character who has the POV. You can do what you want with this stuff. I've seen chapters using letters, colors, dates, etc as titles - in addition to OR instead of numbers.

It's not something that really anybody is going to care about either way.

Chapter naming is a cool thing for me. But for sure from the novels I own to have some research with, mostly really don't use it anymore.
