    Confusion

We have all heard it, "Don't confuse …. with ….", it is the basis for a plot, 'Don't confuse what has never happened with what can not happen" or the basis for a character "Don't confuse caution with fear", or maybe simply a funny or philosophical remark. I remember one friend complaining about 'women', "They confuse twice with always, and I am changeable, I might not always want milk in my tea." Some confusions might take a word or two of explanation, don't worry, you are a writer, allowed to write. We follow the usual pattern, you tell us what the word the previous person gave must not be confused with and then provide a word for the next player. (Changed my mind on this, see post three) The next player's word?

    Don't confuse sympathy with ….

an easy one to start you off, or not, depending what you make of it
