    Self-discipline, I agree.
A strong will is the basis of everything.
I turn off my cell phones. I turn them on only in the evening, when I'm in front of the TV, and I don't write.
I deleted social networks like Facebook.
Since I canceled myself, but my life has improved.
I only kept Twitter, which I use very little, I only keep it for news (catastrophes) in real time.
    I feel freer and lighter.
Headphones and music help to drastically reduce the noise of the world.
Notify who is at home with you that you don't want to be disturbed.
Sometimes, one is forced to be rude. (Never with children).
My dream? Being able to enter people's hearts with words: giving emotions and dreams.
JK Rowling (Harry Potter) has been rejected more than 10 times Remember, don't give up!
Thank you all for the help you give me to improve my English.

Put on your headphones to block external, and every time you want to do something else, remind yourself your book will never get finished if you keep slacking off.

That said, the more you write, the more you will write.

I feel weird when I skip a day now...

'Subjecting yourself to self-imposed discipline is the surest way to increase the quality of existence.'

In almost all areas of life.

Doing such things as exercise, meditating, breathing and listening to frequency sounds has helped me immensely.

I smoke a bowl, watch a lot of TV and wait for inspiration. Of course, I realize this won’t work for everyone.
