Nice! We haven't got enough snow to stay for more than a few hours, yet.

She lost herself in the trees,
    among the ever-changing leaves.
She wept beneath the wild sky
as stars told stories of ancient times.
The flowers grew toward her light,
the river called her name at night.
She could not live an ordinary life,
with the mysteries of the universe
    hidden in her eyes....

Thanks, I think the tracks are a cat, three "paw fingers" and a pad. We've had raccoons, possums, deer, all in our yard. The other day I saw 4 deer across the street. The snow only lasted one day, but it was nice. We've got several cats in the neighborhood, not sure if they are feral or belong to someone. Rarely see a dog out, most are behind fences. In the nearby pasture, we've seen donkeys, mules, horses, sheep and goats. Have seen foxes and wildcats, heard coyotes. Also seen a lot of strange looking roadkill. Have a great day.
