    Who's the Fool? (April 12)

    #1 Write a poem about a fool or foolishness.

    The jester has a foolish air;
    he leaps about and juggles fruit.
    While wearing motley, hung with bells,
    he'll tumble, caper, dance, and sing.

    The courtiers are unaware;
    behind his act, he's quite astute.
    He gathers secrets which he tells
    to no one but the reigning king.
    Everything you want is just outside your comfort zone.
    — Robert G. Allen

    Great; reminds me of the Fool in the Farseer trilogy. I really like the rhyme scheme too.
    “Be happy with what you have and are, be generous with both, and you won't have to hunt for happiness.”

    I like this take on a court jester, someone who you may view as silly and dumb might be smarted than you think.
