    A group of six-hundred on horse
    Attacked a superior force
    They didn't ask why
    They were sentenced to die
    But someone had blundered, of course

    That's pretty much it! They're harder than I thought these, aren't they?

    Not sure about the "but" in the last line. It throws up an inconsistency with the former line, perhaps. I would have put "'cause" instead, but I think that's because I'm reading full-stops at the end of lines 2,3,4 & 5. Reading through again without one on 3 fixes my read of it... if that makes sense?!
