Honoured to have played a role in this one.

Bottom line: if you're a fan of horror -- or of rip-roaring and pulse-pounding stories -- you should check out Acadia Event. Mark's second book, after his fantastic début with The Equinox (highly recommended), is a page-turner. Fantastic characters, married with jaw-dropping research and a riveting story, makes this a no-brainer. Give it a shot. You won't regret it.

Wishing you the very best of luck with it, Mark, and many congratulations.

Also honored to have helped with this. Acadia Event was a hell of a ride. Big Garney and the rest of the crew will live on in my mind even though I've long since finished it. This book isn't just a typical horror, it's a blend of character driven thriller laced with chilling scenes that will make you glad you're well away from the ice roads.

"Life is a risk; so is writing. You have to love it." ~ Richard Matheson
