This I see is a song about a man that cannot get over his ex and wants to have a new start, even though he is in a new relationship, that is apparently breaking apart too at least in his mind. And this girl will be disappointed to hear that it is over a woman he is maybe not even in contact with. I'm a bit desensitized to the heart symbolism, but here it works with being paired with the body, about the divide between actions and true feelings.
