I understand to a point, rules and regulations of any endeavor including writing. where I speak better than I can write or vice versa. The members have been overly patience with me. I always have been slow to wit and understanding some things like writing in English.

Could it be I am not understanding the rules correctly because of the way the member is understanding my excuse of defining it? I am not criticizing anyone just my thoughts.Paul

I have one question: is English your mother language?

But I am not exactly sure what it is you are trying to learn. There are many different rules with English, and they must be learned before you can bend / break them. If you can be more specific with your questions, some of us can definitely help.

One of my problems is most of the time I am misunderstood. I try to keep them simple and to the point, but I still get "I do not understand this question"? I am seriously thinking about stop asking questions, it seems I ask too many. I could write a short story abut Aristotle and questions, but I won't.

I would suggest you stop asking questions that you do not have the answers for!

I good writer tells a story that makes a point, there is both a message and a moral that is passed on. the writer poses the questions as he is telling the story, he also answers them. While not everyone has the same answer to the same question. No writer just asks questions.

You are old enough to remember Paul Harvey who always ended his little stories with the tag line " Now you know the rest o the story."

When reading Curious Paul, at the end of the story the reader knows nothing, until you are able to remedy that, I doubt you will have many people bother read the rest of your story, at your age you should be able to pass on years of wisdom to us young guys...Bob

    My friends,
I was curious Paul. I do not understand writing especially in today's English. I write from my mind, heart and experiences and with subject and predicates in all sentences. That was my style. So I will not bother you no more. Thank you for your patience's. Signing off. Writer One
