Lyrics 4 (featuring music)

Militant Genocide was the lead single for my second touring band. I had been working on 14 songs beforehand which I was unable to implement into my first band, so my second band was more focused on the music I had written in the meantime.

This video features the song's rhythm section (it's an old recording, so I look younger xD ).

Musically, this song is an achievement for me; it was the fastest song I'd ever written at the time, and despite its lack of overwhelming complexity, it's hard as all fuck.

Militant Genocide
----------------------------

War, the peasants fall unto their knees
Euphemisms clouding their beliefs
Deaf ears capturing their screams
Crying for insurrection

Hell, angry mobs engulf the streets
Unforgiving, they slaughter the relief
Ensuring repression by all means
Subjugation through submission

[Bridge into verse]

Death, the corpses rotting at their feet
Unjust army of elite
In their hour they feed upon the weak
Leaving no survivors

Quell, dissection of insolence though brief
Crowning foundation of defeat
Concern for aegis obsolete
The world is now in their possession

[SOLO into bridge]

They cry in their sleep as they lay in their beds, knowing they are the disease
The enemy looms with their throats in its hands, knowing no theism or creed
The apocalypse comes with the red light of dawn, sending them down to their graves
Their legacy stands as a testament now to the fact none can ever be saved

[SOLO, riff change back to verse]

Pain, upon them hellish fires rain
Asphyxiates their lungs and brains
Drives all living things insane
Causing maniacal terror

Gods, standing above all mortal men
Nuclear holocaust by their hands
Violent storms raging across the land
Killing for sadistic pleasure

[main riff and END]

Wow, I’m no expert of the electric guitar but, I’d say
that sounds rather complex.... and an achievement.
I’m more acoustic guitar but appriciate the effort it
takes to play any instrument well.

I've devoted my life to the electric guitar.

I can play faster and more technically than ANYONE I've met outside of the touring field; even then I command respect with my ferocity on stage.

That’s some seriously fast tremolo picking. Do you have any videos of live performances?

Most of the video documentation is lost or was destroyed due to circumstances outside of my control.

I have a limited library of audio recordings.

Eric Bauman stole a lot of my music, too...
