Come on fellow poets, April is almost upon us. It's time to polish your keyboards, batten down the hatches, brew some creative juices, dust the cobwebs from the poetry crevices of your brain in readiness for NaPoWriMo which starts on April 1st.

Can you write 30 poems in 30 days? Of course you can!

Last year seven of our members completed the challenge: astroannie (http://www.writingforums.com/member.php?u=45406&tab=myawards#award), PiP (http://www.writingforums.com/member.php?u=51566&tab=myawards#award), Phil Istine (http://www.writingforums.com/member.php?u=57706&tab=myawards#award), Darkkin (http://www.writingforums.com/member.php?u=58320&tab=myawards#award), -xXx- (http://www.writingforums.com/member.php?u=58440&tab=myawards#award), PrinzeCharming (http://www.writingforums.com/member.php?u=59406&tab=myawards#award), EllaLouis (http://www.writingforums.com/member.php?u=59617&tab=myawards#award)

I'm going to participate this year! Never done it before, so I'm stoked and nervous at the same time.

That's great, Gumby... I know from completing the challenge last year it cured both procrastination and writer's block.

I call it 'Poetry Hour'. I only allow myself an hour to write each poem.

Good Luck!
