Brave Virgin White Knight

I loved to walk around around at certain age. I loved it during summer the most. I checked out every single girl on the street, in parks, and at the beach. I was careful at stoplights so I don't get hit by a car. I saw beautiful faces and body features covered in thin tiny clothes. After I passed I occasionally turned around at the most attractive girls (so I could see a bit of their butt). This love for walking around and seeing was at it's peak in my teenage years, around 19, and I was a brave virgin white knight.

pretty common for teenage boys, not sure if the title fits - now, if you further expand this to a short story and focus on a particular girl, for example, you might show where it fits better. Right now we want to know why he feels this way, and that can be a hook. My quick interpretation, it's been fifty odd years since I was a teenager (although I remember the feeling quite well).
