Hi,
I want to write short gritty realistic 'twist in the tale' stories. Does anyone know which publishers or which kinds of magazines I can submit to? Any advice would be very appreciated.

(I realise this posting is very likely in the wrong place but I noticed that the right place has not been very active in recent months - from what I can see. I have posted it there too but I have a deadline of 10 May to do a project showing I can submit a story to a publication and correctly follow it's guidelines).

I personally have no idea, but I think the best thing would just be to do some research. Google solves all problems haha. There are sooo many magazines that I know if you google something like 'suspense lit magazine' you'll be able to find what you're looking for. Hopefully someone else has some more useful info! Good luck!

It will depend on what genre you are writing for.

Romance, crime, thriller, chic lit etc., anyone of these genres could have a 'twist in the tale' ending.
