Just trying out a few things in Photoshop.

Photomanips done:
(1) Added a glowing effect to the face paint
(2) Recoloured the eyes
(3) Recoloured the shoulder strap
(4) Recoloured the lips
(5) Removed paint from the shoulder
(6) Edited the general ambiance
(7) Darkened the edges

Might add a few more features later.
