in answer to your 1st question: topic wise its sort of in the middle, maybe verging into the not that nice side. 2nd question: the idea is a film script to a 60's cult tv show, so the original idea isnt mine but I'm trying to put my own spin on it and 3rd question: I'm trying to write a film script to the 60's tv series The Prisoner

Well first you’re going to need an alligator, a spatula, and a monkey wearing a clown mask. Then you…oh wait never mind that. I seem to have a problem with often myself. I like to say I am a prisoner of my own mind. I have a ton of great ideas (at least I think so) but once I start to put them to paper I just kind of bog down. I try a couple things. First I just walk around and watch the world. I imagine characters or plot lines going on around me and this seems to work well, unless your story takes place in the plane of argoroth then you might be in trouble. Also I will watch a movie, but I will pick something I would never normally watch just to try to think differently. Something else I try is to talk to people, either friends or on forums, and I will give them just a tiny bit of the idea and ask for input. I don’t give them a lot to work with, not because I am worried they will steal my brilliant idea, but because they may take your idea in a whole mew direction that may spark your creativity. I hope some of this helps because I feel your pain.

I have never heard of it so I went off and looked it up.
I actually quite like the idea of it that the actual village is a prison , it reminded me of Ulysses and Lost, it also reminded me of movies where you get landed on a island and you are literally stuck trying to get out. there was a movie about it recently with Decaprio.
or evena take on Apocalypse now where fighters /soldiers thrown in a middle of a jungle fighting for survival.
there was another movie called the tourist and The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain.
    THE INVISIBLE Man!"

I think the best thing to do to cross referenc with other similar idea of the Prisoner, read/ research/watch these famous moviest o get ideas and inpiration is the best.
you will find by reading and reasearching as well watching other films like the ones I mentioned, a breath of fresh air ,and should help immensly.
this how I would do it.

I got the idea for one of my short stories from a bumper sticker. It said be an Organ Donor and save a life. Of course, since I write horror I twisted that thought around and out came a morbid short story.
