Thread: Punctuation, Typesetters, and Artists, oh my!

I've gotten my first novel edited and revised as far as I can go. Now I'm going towards e-publishing.

First I need to have it proofread professionally, then I need it typeset, and finally, I need some good cover art.

Does anyone out there know of any good people to go to for all or any of the three?
