I'm currently doing an academic project and in urgent need of this knowledge, can some one be so kind to tell me how to write memos?

There are many ways of writing memos, and it also depends on the context or organisation you're writing for.

Academically what I learnt and what I remember now goes thus:

Name of organisation

To:
Date:
From:

Content

There are many more ways. As I said, depends on context.
