I googled "book reviewers" and came up with 11,900,000 results. Must be at least one or two in there you could use.
If you're talking about authors providing blurbs for the cover and marketing, I discussed it in my interview here (see the 5th question): Getting Published in the Fantasy Genre. If you're talking about amazon.com or similar places, you can recruit readers of your novel to post reviews, or wait for them to appear from individuals who purchase your novel and make the effort to post a review (good or bad). There are plenty of blogs and similar venues out there that review. You'd need to target those that review the type of novel/book you've written (mystery, fantasy, how to, etc.). Not all review places are equal, and even some of the 'smaller' ones are swamped with review requests, so it may not be easy.
Thank you very much for your interest. { did that but by targeting Amazon, fiction and romance. Surprisingly the Amazon reviewers were the most receptive. The fiction and romance reviewers made it seem easier to get invited to the White house!
Thank you so,
Dimitri
Does the author pay for reviews?
dsaranti, here is a list of reviewers I found. Look them over carefully:

No, I wouldn't like to be that way. It's against my ethics. Even if they were, the book would be just a short term success. "In the long run, we're all dead", as I believe Keynes said.

I got several reviews when I entered the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award last year. I'm not sure if they let their reviewers read the entire manuscript or not. but as has been said, if you self publish there, there are people who will review your book, or did mine anyway.
