    ownership

Just wondering when you post up stories on here how do we safeguard against them getting 'stolen' and someone making a fortune out of them publishing them as their own? (.....not that mine are likely to be that good and worth stealing! lol!)

Why don't you post a story? Then we can let you know for sure whether or not it's good enough to steal.

No worries, Zed. This is a common fear, a fear I myself had when I was new here. I learned that the date when you posted a piece of work should be enough basis of your ownership. If you are still unsatisfied with this, I suggest posting in the Writer's Workshop. That sub-forum is protected from search engines.
