    I know it’s my story, but…

Asian women are known for their reserve.

So, if I’m writing about a professional Asian woman who's highly fluent in English, and if I write about something totally unexpected, frightening and life-threatening suddenly occurring as a direct result of her professional activity, do you think it’d be okay to have her react with a blasphemous and/or highly offensive outburst?

Don’t ask what happened. It’d take too long, and besides it’d spoil the story for later. Use your imagination instead.

Where was she raised? If she has grown up in say Australia, US, or Europe somewhere, I'd think she'd feel more free to let it rip.

You're not just a pretty face. I never even thought of that.

If the Asian woman was raised in an Asian family, then I assure you that that girl won't be responding too violently to any harsh situation. She'll most likely keep it to herself and tell herself its her own fault anyway. She'll talk about it with her close friends, though.

Um, let it rip was a bad choice of words. Regardless of where she was raised, she won't do that intentionally.
    Cuss and scream though? Sure.

I mostly agree with Fuhrer. I have seen a few Asian women speak their minds bluntly, but one was a western actress, asian but raised here I think, and the other a Chinese woman who'd married an American soldier. She had no problem speaking her mind.

Have her react with equal and opposite violence, if she's in that profession. Or whatever she does limits her reaction?

It all depends on where she grew up and what influenced her. Don't make her reserved just because she's Asian. That's called stereotyping.
