    Finally finished

Three yeas ago I started on a fantasy novel. I named that book Blue Destiny. I soon as so many ideas for it that I turned it into a trilogy. For nearly three years i've had dreams every week about my book and the characters. I've grown to love my characters and they are constantly in my head. Recently I finished the third book, finishing the trilogy. It was truly an accomplishment. I can't even describe the feeling. I do know that there was some sadness because I had grown to love the land I had created. I have gotten the first book published and I hope that one day my story will be shared with many people. I hope they will enjoy is as I have enjoyed writing it.

Congratulations Mr. Jones! It must be a fine feeling to complete the literary equivalent of a marathon! I wish you all success and the best of luck in getting your story out into the world.
To all those offended by my sense of humor I offer these delightful alternatives, surely appealing to even the most gossamer and pixie-like of fancies:
The Napoleon Of Notting Hill by G.K. Chesterton
Captain Stormfield's Visit To Heaven by Mark Twain
    Enjoy!

Yes, it is a fine feeling. But it's also sad at the same time because I miss writing it very so much. But another idea shall sprout from somewhere and I will start over. And thank you. I hope I succeed.

Sure, some sadness is perfectly understandable. If you don't get a fresh idea right off the bat (or still feel attached to your trilogy) why not ease the withdrawal symptoms by writing a sort of concordance or encyclopedia of your world? Who knows, if you do have a hit, it might be an excellent addition to your mythology.

Thank you! I've never thought of that before and it sounds like a great idea. Because I am definitely still attached to my trilogy.

    Congratulations Anthony.
Do you mean the first book in the trilogy has been published? Is it out as Blue Destiny?

Yes. You have to type in Blue Destiny by Anthony Jones. So I'm not going to say who published it but they decided not to edit it after telling me they would. So if you plan on reading it, there are a few mistakes and name swaps that I had accidentely done. People keep telling me that there are mistakes in every book. And there are, but it still makes me angry. But yes, it is out. I have some friends reading it right now and so far they like it. One of them has finished it and is dying to know what happens next. I just love that feeling.

    Wow, that's one realistic drawing!

Good work and thanks for posting here. It gives those of us who are still in the early stages of our novel hope. I will try and read your book when I have time.
