    Medias res/Character point of view

I have the Idea of starting my novel that im going to write In medias res but the problem is the character point of views I dont want to just ahve one character pint of view, and the medias res bit will only be one point of view. My problem here is would it confuse the reader to have one point of view for the medias res and then in another chapter I jump to another character point of view. Does it not really matter as long as I finish it with the point of view I started with or does it matter? My other question would it be better to start with medias res as a 3rd person narrator then jump to the 1st person narrator after that bit?

Whatever you do, do not start third and then switch. Whatever you're going to write it in, write it in, and darn the consequences.

I don't think it matters to much if you jump to another character after a chapter or two, so long as the opening events are sorted enough to not leave a reader completely lost in the transition.
