Hello, I've always dreamed of an establishment catered to writers and creative intellectuals. Coffee shops and bookstores get old and can sometimes be distracting. I have an idea to open a private club for serious authors, poets, screenwriters and playwrights. Inside the establishment, the club member will be able to have all tools needed to help along his or her work; Food, Alcohol, Hookah Pipes, Cigar rooms and much more. The only way that I see the club working is to charge an annual fee to upkeep the building and pay it's employees. My question to all of my fellow artists, would you pay an annual fee of say, $5,000 to be an exclusive member to this establishment and Guild? Keep in mind that the only people allowed in the club are it's members to allow 100% of their time to focus on their craft and not on the person next to you talking way to loud to distract you.
