    Don't dreams tend to say more about the dreamer than the world? Might have to talk about a couple different dreamers to give the reader a picture of things.
    Justified procrastination is the main thing busy people have that lazy people want.

    Yes. But if there is something happening in the dream that needs explaining and it's part of the how and why (the world is the way it is) background information, do you provide that? Or leave it to the readers imagination until it's explained later? Does it matter?
