Thread: my silly vampire story idea...

um where do I put this? I'm so confused...

I know I should focus more on one clan for the first chapter...I'll introduce individual characters later....I know not another vampire story...but I have been into vamps since I was 9.

Notes and Ideas for my new story

The vampire wars-the beginning
In the hills of Baraboo, there lies a vampire village.…
The first clan- is called the primus reactionary elders or the Pre-Clan
The second clan-is called the Daylight Eldritch Egalitarians or the Dee -Clan
The Pre-Clan, they are traditionalists.
The Dee-clan, they are freedom fighters.
The Pre-clan likes to sit on their laurels, laughing and whining about back in the old days…Vampires wouldn’t be seen in the daylight...no doubt about it, Pre-clan vamps are nightwalkers. They scoff at the Dee-clan Vamps.
The Dee-clan Vamps want equal treatment in the vamp world and in the human world.
The Dee-clan vamps walk in the daylight, they break rules too, like falling in love with humans, and acting like humans. They are decadent and the Pre-clan vamps call them Snot nosed brats… They are out of control in the minds of the Pre-clan Vamps.
The Dee-clan vamps Esp. the Altus-Dee eat Blood Sausage and Blood Toast, drink Blood Soda, Lick on Blood Popsicles and for dessert Blood Jell-O. The Neo-Dee tends to lick blood off road kill or any blood they can find for that matter... The Dee-clan can be seen riding on their bikes. They are not afraid to tell anyone the way it is.
The Pre-clan vamps think the Dee-clan vamps are show offs, They like to Drink the Kosher traditional human blood or blood bank blood-They never eat blood with food and drinking road kill blood, the thought just sickens them., they never drink blood from the dead.
The Dee-clan Vamps like to have fun and when they come across Pre-clan vamps-there is usually a fight or a debate…
If a vampire gets depressed and starts to refuse blood, they will die .To refuse blood is to commit the ultimate betrayal in the Pre-clan Vamps minds. Refusing blood leads to death by dehydration. The pre-clan vamps frown on this suicide by dehydration thing. Some Dee-clan vamps say Vamp culture has become too overpopulated anyway, no pity, it’s every vamp for himself or family. Another day, another vamp is made, or some silly fool of a human begs to be immortal.
Within the clans are two groups or kinds of Pre-clan vamps and Dee-clan vamps.
First it’s the Neo-Dee, they are the negative kind of the Dee-clan vamps, and they hated Pre-clan vamps and tried to kill them. Then there is the positive kind-the Altus-Dee are positive and believe in Tolerance and Kindness toward everyone even their enemies like the Neo-Pre vamps. The Neo-Pre Vamps are also positive, they are wise and like to debate. And then there was the Altus –Pre which are the negative kind of the Pre-Clan Vamps, they too tried to kill the Neo-Dee, unfortunately they can’t tell a Neo-Dee from a Altus-Dee...

Write an intro; A good thousand words.
Now while I try and decipher this, I'm going to say " How good it is to see new writers joining our folly"
But I must admit... this is going to take me a while considering the above's content. Consider this a welcoming present; a very unique one at that.

P.S I really hate myself for even touching something filled with vampires.
But I feel I should do something good for this community. (considering I'm always being frowned on as the 'meanie pants' ...sigh)

Oh, i do believe this is a fine a spot as any to place this thread. Once again, welcome n' all that jazz.

I'm a little confused myself. Are these notes for a vampire book? Do you have any ideas for the story itself? In the world notes there is some workable material, but allot of it relies pretty heavily on classic vampire stuff (and I mean Blade classic rather then Bram Stoker classic). If you are going to try and write something about vampires now, especially on the tail-end of the Twilight book series, it will have to have something unique in it to attract readers.
