Funnily enough, Samantha, doubtless to her abilities, enjoyed being inside rather than out. She had little friends, but that didn't really bother her, friends just managed to bring you down later in life right? Sighing, she fixed her bag onto her shoulder and began to walk slowly down the hall. A couple of boys appeared from a room, some crying loudly. She snickered in her hands as he realised it was Mr. Johnson who had sorted the lot out. As she walked past however, she tried not to look at him, yet a powerful urge took control of her and she gave him a quick glimpse.
He was, what you could say, blank. He seemed very hidden, and what she'd been told about him hadn't surprised her a bit. Her eyes still on him, she quickly muttered.
'Hey Sir'
Before passing the doorway, a smile implanted on her face. The Mystery of Mr. Johnson. They could write a book she thought.

Alaine couldn't stand those boys who gawked every time even a single photon was deflected off Flares' body in their direction. Admittedly, she couldn't help but sneak a look whenever Mr Johnson came within 10 metres of her, as was currently the situation. His mysterious look; almost completely removed from the troubles of the world that surrounded him...
Most teachers preferred that she took on a younger form for classes, and Alaine was always glad to be able to return to her older state once class was finished. Most of the kids at the school thought she was weird because of her preferred image, but then again, who in this school could honestly claim that they weren't, in some way or form, weird? Each child had their own little quirks, and Aline was more than at ease with her own.
She walked over to Samantha, who appeared to be as friendless as herself. "The single cell organisms got caught gawking at Flare again, it appears," Alaine commented with a wry smile.

"The single cell organisms got caught gawking at Flare again, it appears."
Samantha smiled as she turned to face Alaine.
'Yes, looks like it. But it's always nice to see them walk in a young man and walk out a crying like four year old.' She replied, looking back at Mr. Johnson. 'Such a mystery isn't he?'

James took two steps back and fell into a shadow that had detacthed itself from the wall. He stepped out of another shadow just behind the two girls he'd noticed lookin at him through the door.
Such a mystery isn't he?
"Who are we talking about?" he asked with no emotion in his voice again. He nodded at the two, "Samantha and Alaine, correct?"

The voice sent unwanted chills down the back of Samantha's spine as she realised it was aimed at her.
"Who are we talking about?"
Right then she thought about disappearing, just running away before anyone had a chance to stop her, which they couldn't have. Super speed and all.
'Erm. Nobody Sir.' She looked at Alaine, then a Mr. Johnson. 'I should be getting to class, see you around Alaine, and you too Sir.' She turned around and began to slowly walk away, shaking all over.

James would have smiled if he had the capacity to do so at the moment. Instead he only shook his head towards Samantha before turning to Alaine,
"I hate to sound too teacherly but you'd best be going to lesson three now." he nodded politely at her before leaving for the teacher's lounge.

Jack walked down the hallway in his smallest form, every second counting down until their next class, which was almost reflex in this near genius state of his. He took leisurely steps on his path to Melee Weapons Class for he had calculated the exact speed he would need to go at to reach it on time.
Saluting James jokingly as he passed the larger man in the hallway, he suddenly lost his concentration and grew larger. His muscles grew to about the size of his head and he was now slightly taller than James.
"Shit..." he muttered and began running down the hallway to his next class, trying with every step to regain his original form. He could always just grow to his largest point and instinct would send him back down, but that always hurt... a lot, so he decided against it.

Flare walked into her class room glad it was empty and started moving all the desks to the back of her room, she really wasn't in the mood for Theory today, so prac it was. Pushing her desk against the bored she sat on it, knowing her class would start soon.

James sat in the teacher's lounge, completely ignoring the way the people who taught the academic lessons were staring at him. He flicked through the newspaper full of incidents concerning the plague before closing it altogether, Its getting worse, he thought sombourly to himself as he stood up to pour himself more coffee.

Jack walked into class, aware that he was late now. In his dumbed down, muscle-bound form, he had taken a wrong turn and didn't realize it for several minutes. He was still large and walked into the class, leaning against the wall and trying to stay inconspicuous, despite how hard that was.

Flare smiled slightly as Jack walked into her class it was the fourth time this month he'd lost control of his powers, walking over to him she sighed, placing one hand on either of his shoulders, "Now Jack, do you remember what i've been teaching you for the last couple of weeks, You need to calm down, breath then concentrate on returning to your origonal form. Okay so you wanna give it a shot for me?"

Jack grunted and nodded. He had hoped to enter without being noticed. Apparently he had failed. He closed his eyes and breathed a few times. He felt his muscles shrinking and his brain growing, and then opened his eyes. he was his normal size again, looking up at Flare smirking. "I guess it worked," he said.
He scratched his head, feeling his hair hang down round his head. If his mother were here she'd argue it was time for a hair cut, but since he had left his home, he'd rather enjoyed his long hair and had kept it as such.
Then he noticed what the situation was. Flare's hands were on his shoulders and every person in the room had watched what had just happened. 'Teenager-dom' kicked in and he blushed out of embarrassment. Pushing up his glasses, he stepped away, closer to the wall.

Ghost was sitting in the back of the class room (2nd to last row) as usual. She pulled out her handy notebook and was ready to jot down everything the teacher would say.
"Hey, Russian," someone whispered behind her.
She ignored him and flipped her ivory hair around her as a shield.
"Hey, I'm talking to you, you stupid communist," the person laughed softly, as did a few other people.
Ghost just buried her head deeper into her notebook.
Something hit the back of her head. Suddenly Ghost felt as though her sole was being riped from her body. She then found her self on the ground.
She had possessed what ever they had thrown at her. She could hear their chorus of laughter behind her. She calmed herself and took a deep breath.
An instant later she was on the floor, as her, in an odd angle under her desk. Her face flushed as she pulled herself back onto her chair.
"I'm sorry Ms. Flare..." she said in her thick accent. She could almost feel the tears of embarssment come to her face.

Jack grunted in disapproval. He grew until he was twice the size of the boy who had thrown the object at Ghost and walked up to him, speaking in a low, slow voice. "Be a good little fly and buzz off," he said, smirking to the bully. He proceeded to flick the boy in the forehead with his currently gargantuan fingers, sending him stumbling back a few feet.
He chuckled and smiled at Ghost, shrinking again and returning to his previous spot against the wall of the room. But not before shooting threatening glances at the 'entourage' of the bombardier. This wasn't the first time such an event had happened in class. In fact, he felt a bit of deja-vu every time it happened.
