The ultimate story universe

A project to make the ultimate story universe. I am kinda annoyed how everyone has to create their own universe. I know a lot of people write in real-world settings, but someday essential parts of history may be forgotten. Making your own universe, while it is creative and can make a good story, is an easy way out and makes it harder on other people who want to look creative. Someday everyone will have to create their own universe but there will be a million universe and you cant help but copy someone in some way.

I don't see any point in your post, except to rant. If you are telling me it's easier to create entire worlds, histories, languages, laws and races than it is to use Earth, don't bother trying to tell me again.

A few artists in the past have enjoyed such things. Tolkien, Lucas, even Shakespear dabbled in it. You have probably witnessed that the timeless writers work primarily with constants, such as human character, but even human character needs a context. Contexts seem to run rampant. The rate of change in the real world started going crazy recently, and all of our memories will be percieved differently in a few years, and who knows what may happen to them in 200
