I'm sorry but everybody should be free to state their opinion on whether or not they like the book by Paolini.
We as writer's recognize that Paolini did not create anything special and copied a whole lot from LOTR, and do not appreciate the fact that a geniuses idea's and a child's writing can be considerred good writing.
there's more than just one chapter that puts Paolini to shame, I don't even remember this but I'll start with the first chapter of the first book, from your quote, that did not seem well written at all
So, I suggest you quit trying to boss everybody around and quit acting like you rule the world
