Wordie

I just came across a site that I realized could be pretty useful to some writers. I worry all the time whether i use the same word too much. So Wordie can be a pretty useful resource for me. It makes sort of a collage of all the words you use in your writing, and puts the words you use more often in more prominent bigger letters.

Apparently I use soldier, man and sword a lot. Tells you what kind of stories I like to write. :p

Indeed, I sense you are a fantasy or historical writer. Good guess? Lol.

This sounds like an interesting site, though. I know I have certain "crutch" words that I find myself falling back on a lot. For example "that", "suddenly", and "seemed". I have to force myself to replace these words with others that get the same idea across without sounding so repetitive.
