Critique Generator 2.0 BETA

EDIT: Actually, the invisible cursor makes the program too hard for actually use, unfortunately. Mainly because it makes it too hard to tell which comment box is focused, especially after pressing a button, such as bold or underline.

I improved my critiquing program. It is still very flawed and not all that useful, since the rich text editor here does the same thing. But still, give it a try.

The biggest problem is that it only works on Firefox. Don't try it with any other browser. It won't work. I gave up coding for multiple browsers after a while. It was just taking too long.

The other bug I'm aware of is that the cursor for typing is not visible. That can be a real pain, but hopefully I will find a solution. Another bug has to do with the layout, which is partially static, which means keep the window fully open and hopefully your resolution is high enough to see all the buttons.

Anyway check it out. Give it a try. Hopefully it is clear how to use it, as I didn't leave much in the way of instructions.

If there are any bugs feel free to point them out in this thread or PM me. Same goes for ideas on how to make it better and things that are not working. For example the UI needs better graphics or that the paragraph text should be editable (which I plan to do in the next version).

Doesn't seem to work. On firefox, either. Which is too bad because it's a really cool idea.

Just make it say "Show don't tell" after every paragraph and it'll be perfect for this site.

Thanks for the feedback, Lin. I'll go check it out on other computers and see what's wrong.

Non Serviam, maybe I should choose a different name for the program. It does seem misleading, as it doesn't automatically critique a piece. Depending on your definition of "Show don't tell" then I may or may not agree with you.
