Sports Writing Opportunities

WeTheSportsPeople.com is an up and coming sports discussion website that attracts new members each day. If you are interested in submitting long or short articles, we would love to display your work. The website, in some ways, is similar to other sports blogs; but it is different in its quest for excellent writing. We look for polished style, savvy, satire, and humor.

Recent articles have included "Tim Tebow Running for Office," (sarcastically describing how John McCain chose the Florida QB as his running mate) and "Quantum Bracketology," (a jab at ESPN's 'Bracketology' segment covering NCAA basketball." Where else can you find "Neils Bohr" and "Planck's Constant" mixed into an aritcle analyzing college hoops?

Visit the site if you want to submit material. By doing so, you do not surrender any copyrights. Because of the low-brow tendency of some sports fans, we take submissions in email form and then decide what to publish online. Nothing is ever reproduced in any kind of hard copy.

For those that continue to publish good work on our site, we may designate you a Featured Columnist.

Good luck, from one writer to other writers.
