Book trailers

What an interesting way to get people interested in reading! Book trailers are like movie trailers, but for books! You can find them all over the internet now, but here is a site that's featuring them on YouTube. YouTube - cosproductions's Channel

I wouldn't be surprised if you, with your one post, were responsible for most of them.

Anyway, awful idea. Nobody goes to YouTube when looking for a book to buy.

I think its a good idea for publicity - especially if your self-publishing your book. Saying that, a lot of them are completely rubbish and unexciting. If they were done better they would really work. I sometimes search book titles in youtube just to read the comments people leave about the actual book (if i dont get enough info from amazon that is)

Creating an account to plug your stuff may be annoying, but I hardly think it's worth a ban or a delete, since it's related to literature. Who can blame her?

Book trailers are becoming ubiquitous. Even I've done one.
