Swamp Thing

I found this site recently - Lit List LitList // a dynamic list of literary journals, independent book publishers, and e-magazines.

Among other things, it has a submission tracker so that if you are simultaneously submitting things you can keep track so when your submission is inevitably picked up by Glimmer Train you can send a "so sorry" letter to the slower journals. It's free.

I'm not affiliated, it just seems like a nifty little thing you might want to know about.
