hi im looking for a program that helps beginners to make fantasy maps to help with the story that i write i hope a program like that exist.

There is one, google autorealm. I believe it's used mainly for pnp maps but it can be used for books as well and I have used it myself. I prefer it to drawing on paper. That and I can't draw anyway, so it helps having the city symbols ready for me to use. It has the tools you need, to make it yourself.

But if you mean one where it draws the map for you, then I have no idea. There's sample maps included with the program as well.
