It's not really good advice, but pretty funny. 'Mind Games!' I like it!

I like somebody who wants to pull one over on the agents though. I understand that they're swamped with junk, but that's what interns are for.

If we authors really went by what they were asking, it would take years to sell a book. My favorite is when they ask you to query only one agent at a time and then never write back to you.

I just tell them what ever they want to hear now. "Exclusive? Sure, why the hell not!" Right before I put the stamp on the next query letter envelope.
