Im searching for a writer for my online comic. This is my basic story that Im trying to work with but I just need someone to mix up some dialouge and fleash it out some. I cannot pay you but im hoping that being a part of something this cool would be pay enough.


Death of John the Baptist
John was imprisoned and executed by Herod for boldly preaching against his adulterous marriage. John spoke against Herod because he married his brother's wife, Herodias.

Herod imprisons John the Baptist
Herod imprisoned John for the sake of Herodias. She held a grudge against John, and wanted him put to death. But Herod protected John because he enjoyed listening to him, and because his subjects thought John the Baptist was a prophet.

Herod's birthday
Herod celebrated his birthday by hosting a banquet. During the feast, the daughter of Herodias danced before Herod and his guests. She so pleased Herod that he swore to give her anything she requested, up to half of his kingdom.

John the Baptist is beheaded
The young woman went to her mother for guidance in what she should request. Herodias told her to ask for the head of John the Baptist.
She asked for the head of John the Baptist on a platter. Herod was sorry when he heard this. But because of his oath, and because of his dinner guests, Herod ordered the beheading of John.

Story
Little do they know that john the baptist and the young woman had an affair of thier own and convied a son. During the pregnency the young woman was not allowed to leave the palace so nobody would see the shame that had been brought on the family with an unmarried woman with a child. This son was removed from all records and kicked out of the city as soon as he was old enough to take care of himself. He was never to be spoken of agian. Now we find ourselvs in the year 2007. This unknown son had settled down and his bloodline has now spreaded into the united states in the form of Eran. A 23 year old boy with unusual abilities.

Loki, The angel of death. Sent to destroy the wicked. Seeks this boy, the decendent of a prophet to aid in the dealings of the lord.

Hello badmonur, it's nice to see another person that's interested in doing webcomics. Your art is quite good, however, I think you will have trouble finding a writer to write your story. Usually, things work the other way around--writers seek artists to illustrate their story. I have my own story that I'm working on, and have an artist for it already, but I do like your work nonetheless. I don't think I'd be any good at writing a story for someone else anyway, sorry.

I use IM clients, but if I'm not online when someone adds me, it causes major problems--thus I don't like posting the info. Let me know if you're interested in chatting, just for fun.
