The first thing you might want to consider is putting up the expense to get a decent hosting package (one that allows php and offers at least one mySQL database) and from there a decent forum - even phpBB is great, especially as it's free. By having the site split from the forum you a) don't have control over the forum as the host can remove it any time they wish for whatever reason; and b) it's separate from the site so Google will treat them as two separate sites.
Another thing to boost popularity that you should consider is to trim the forum down to a few specific areas. At the moment you have no demand for that many and, as a result, you have few discussions thinly spread over the forum which makes it look a) unpopular and b) inactive. Consider condensing the areas into huge pigeonholes until the site takes off and let it grow organically (i.e. by its users) and not by definition (i.e. by a zealous admin keen to offer everything). People are more likely to join if they see it is active - fewer forums ensure the discussion is kept to less areas which, to the outside looking in, makes it look busy.
Also, before you go public - like you have done - it's always a good idea to give pages a decent title.
New Page 2 is never going to cut it - and it makes your site look unprofessional.
