If you like your bodices ripped...
Northwest Houston RWA http://www.northwesthoustonrwa.com/ are looking for new members. As the name suggests you have to live in the houston area to join their chapter, but they have a real pro attitude and a suprisingly high proportion have published novels/upcoming book deals.
They also have a contest open to non members.
Oh, and I built the site
If you like it, you should see what's in the members-only area!!

There are 80ish just in NW Houston. And there are at least 2 other chapters in Houston. A whole lot of romance down there!

Um... I asked about WF members - if they aren't in NW Houston then apparently the RWA isn't open for them - chances are you're advertising to yourself...

Ah, yes, I misread.
No idea how many WF members in Houston, but for those interested in writing romantic fiction, the RWA is nationwide, so you can join your local chapter. And the contest these guys are running is open to non-members and they also welcome entries from overseas.
