Are there any magazines of any kind looking for short fiction stories?

Have you searched Google? There are lots of websites that list such markets, and your local library should hold a copy of the Writers Yearbook, depending on where you live. Hope this helps.

get any edition of writer's market and read all the articles on the basics of writing for publication... it's all there... the abc's of 'being a writer'...

pass this advice on to all the others who seem to know little about the business aspects of writing...
