Because publishing is all about money...

Though I wouldn't say accounting...economics maybe.

Looking at my school catalogue (Portland State, www.pdx.edu) the Maters of Creative Writing Classes seem to be publishing oriented. Of course most of the classes I've taken are never like their description in the catalogue, so...

I thought publishing decides what book to publish or something...

Hmph... what jobs are good for with a creative writing major?

I heard it is good for advertising... but I rather not go into that field...
