There is a brand new news website on the web that is trying something a little different. Newsvine.com not only provides the latest news on anything you want, but actually lets it's users write their own columns that are hosted on a personalized url (username.newsvine.com) and specify key words so that other users will be able to search and find your article. They are still in beta testing so you have to be invited by someone who is a current user in order to become a member. I was lucky enough to get an invitation from a friend. Anyone who is interested can reply to this post and I will send you in invite. I figure this is a good way to give back to the writing community. I only have a limited number, so I can't promise anything past the first 15 replies. I'll just need an e-mail address, you can private message me if you'd like.
