The mistakes present and highlighted in red above should scare anyone away that reads this. Mistakes as simple as this from someone wanting an author to submit and pay to have their work published by them make them look more foolish than legitimate.
Just a friendly reminder that advertising is fine, spam will not be tolerated though.

I wasn't spamming and Fountain Penn is a legit company. When did I spammed? Because I don't remember me spamming about anything I only advertise the information that I recieve from boss and if I did spammed on the message board than I apologists for it I'm sorry if I cause trouble for posting or trying to help somebody out. I didn't have time to come back and edit what I wrote. I work two jobs and again I'm sorry that I cause trouble.

Are you American, Michele? Not to brag about anything, but I think my English is better than yours!
I'm also a publisher - my compnay is registred and obeys the laws of my country - but I don't ask any money from the authors I sign on. I have their manuscripts edited, too. My aim is to make both my company and my authors known around the world, by doing honest business and never cheating on them.

You missed the point of what I said. I am an affordable writer. How much will YOU pay ME for my work?
You are not a publisher, from what I can see; you are a vanity press.

Affordable Book Publishing!
It is not our intention to 'SPAM'.
Your forum reads the following:
Advertisements & Links This is the only forum that allows self promotion. Share your links and advertisements here. Must be writing related!
We are offering an alternative for writers. (Self-Publishing is not new.) Michelle has informed me that many of you have questions regarding our company. If you have any further questions you may contact me at:

I would venture to suggest that more of the same isn't an alternative.

It says 'share', not repeatedly post the same information in multiple threads (def. of spamming). The latter is what you (your operation) have done. PMing several members with advertising and/or nasty comments also falls under the term 'spam'. I fail to see how any of your posts weren't intentional--not to mention less than professional.

From the site:
"We are searching for volunteer instructors for our upcoming writers
workshops and conferences. Our conferences will begin on
December 18, 2005. "
Will you be charging writers to attend these conferences? Or will the entire thing be free for everybody, seeing as how the instructors must be volunteers.
Seems kind of odd, aren't there better methods of attracting business than registering on a forum, and persisting in the belligerent behavior that has already created much suspicion about the company after being asked and warned to stop? Is this a good business model, because my business has been lacking lately and, well, I'm already registered....
